So Long, Studio

I am in between photographing and scanning all my current projects, so I figured now was a good time to record what my first studio looked like. Posted on the wall are some of the illustrators that inspire me, including Adam Rex and Peter Brown. I also love Charley Harper, and got that book for Christmas.

The environment was great; our space has skylights, storage space, and a lot of awesome company. It has been a lot of fun working with all the other illustration students, but I am also looking forward to working in a new city and a new space.

Sorry I've been missing from this blog. I've been busy trying to find some place to live, pursuing graduate schools, and much more. But I haven't stopped painting! I'm doing a book about birds. Hopefully it's semi-funny but probably not. Here's a sneak preview:
